by Janet Lennie Visit Date:April 20, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. It is not in middle of the tourist action but easy to get to everything. Swimming pool was clean, breakfast buffet had western and thai style food. Staff was helpful and all spoke a little english. Internet service in the room was 100 bhat for 24hours but intermittent and weak if working at all. No strength for skype. The lobby service is better 50 bhat for an hour but the logoff sequence was longwinded and the hour could be wasted if not logged off between uses. Lots of karaoke! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | Perfect - 5 stars, couldn t be better., April 25, 2012
by Lars Visit Date:April 20, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "My overall comment....it was o.k. In consideration of the price we paid we couldn t expect a 5 stars location. Rooms are getting a bit long in the tooth. Breakfast was o.k. and really enjoyable compared to other more expensive hotels in Udon Thani. Friendly stuff." | January 3, 2012

by Randall Stingel Visit Date:November 26, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Some food at the breakfast buffet was often cold (eggs, etc.). It should be cooked as it is ordered, or a better method to keep it warm should be found. No English language news on TV. TV reception on some channels was very poor (unwatchable). Everything else was okay. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | I have been booking with sawadee.com for 10 years now. Outstanding customer service!!! Thank You!, October 20, 2011
by Dana Hanson Visit Date:October 17, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Great hotel in a good location. I would recommend that for others to stay." | Good, May 26, 2011 by Sharon Visit Date:May 22, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This hotel is geared to Thai market and very little English spoken so not geared to Europeans of which I was one of possibly 2. Hotel looks great from outside with nice gardens but once in it s old fashioned and has an unusual smells though not bad. The bedrooms are generous enough and they have European TV channels. Breakfast is appalling and staffing is very limited and lack of information; some mornings I could just get toast and when Thai groups are in, forget it. Wi-fi in rooms is shaky and costs. Reasonable location with tuk tuks and buses outside so good as a couple of nights but for long stay, forget food quality and service in the restaurant. Amazingly, they seem to have a shop dedicated to wines and a coffee shop that is rarely staffed. The swimming pool cannot be accessed by rooms or lift as it it is outside and often used by local children. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | Super effecient.... and obliging, I will use sawadee again., March 15, 2011
by Lorne Raymond James Visit Date:March 10, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Location perfect, experienced Thai travellers will be impressed. Pretentious wine and coffee bar should be missed. Great value for money." | October 7, 2010
by Cornelius Wolfgang Mueller Visit Date:September 12, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Provincial hotel with no specifgic highlights, neither positiv nor negative. Breakfast buffet has lot room for improvement, which might be because of the very low occupancy rate during our stay" | very good as usual, September 15, 2010
by NGUYEN Jean Marie Visit Date:September 2, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This hotel is average. The rooms need to be refreshed. The AC was very noisy in my room. This hotel was not my first choice but the other was full at that time." | August 21, 2010

by Alexander Malcolm Visit Date:January 24, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Nice looking place, but a bit far from city center. Breakfast buffet Ok, but nothing special.Very spacious room, 2 easy chairs, but no TV news channels in English. Comfortable bed.The room given was on the top floor (10) right under the a/c chillers. Far too much noise and vibration. Reception changed to floor 8 without any fuss. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | Sawadee booking service worked very well but I had to produce a print out of my booking to the hotel reception........my passport and Credit Card for ID was not good enough....mai khao jai, October 10, 2009
by Leslie Derrin Visit Date:October 3, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This hotel is better suited to Thai guests. The staff do not seem to have experience with foreigners. It looks HI SO on the outside and in the the lobby but very sub standard where it counts in the room and bathroom was ancient. The swimming pool featured so beautifully on the internet did not have any water in it and was badly decaying. Breakfast was quite unpalatable. On the way back through Udon after the Naga Festival in Nong Khai, we stayed at a guesthouse for a 1/4 of the price in a better location and better facilities without the HI SO Thai pretense........highly recommend Top Mansion" | ok, August 18, 2009
by Wuytjens Rony Visit Date:August 12, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: "The swimming pool was dirty and not safe for young children. Also ABF was poor. The rooms were clean." | Easy!, August 11, 2009
by Daniel King Visit Date:August 3, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: "Room is spacious, clean. Spa is excellent, good price, staff is very friendly and polite. Front desk people are another story. They are not rude but yet not nice which is not Thai hopitality we have got usedt to. They never greet or say hello or even smile to us. Seem like they do not want to bother. So we talked to the manager, she appologized and told us these people are new and promise to train them more. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Location is great, food is good but not sure if we wqnt to come back to this hotel! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | excellent service, correct payment & reservation, June 16, 2009 by Erwin Van Vlierberghe Visit Date:June 5, 2009 "Good hotel in central Udon Thani, spacious rooms, good beds, good bathroom, good service,a lot of facilities, good price/value balance." | Hotels & Resorts RecommendDestination:Bangkok Location:Silom Road, Soi Saladaeng Address:75/1 Saladaeng Road, Silom, City:Bangrak, Bangkok 10500 Start Rate:47 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 02:03:55 GMT) Destination:Koh Samui Location:Lamai Beach Address:176/34 Moo4, Tambon,Maret City:Koh Samui, Surathani 84310 Start Rate:79 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 02:04:01 GMT) Destination:Koh Samui Location:Lamai Beach Address:438/1 Moo 1, T.
