Spacious room with tre big beds and both shower and bathtub with view over the resort and sea. Cozy resturant with great food. I bit from centre of khao lak and minimarts. Really great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and gave excellent service. The only down side is that the building is located on a hillside and requires climbing up and down stairs to access the restaurant and beach from the room. Reserved junior suite, which was in the building to the south. All rooms have ocean view. Restaurant food was excellent and staff were great - always attentive, friendly, prompt, etc. Can t say enought good things about people working there.However, some articles of laundry misplaced and others lost. Received pair fo socks which wasn t ours. Very unhappy with manager on day of departure when she accused my girlfriend of filling out laundry form wrong (to explain lost clothing), even though it had already been proven that mistakes were made on their part. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
