Minibus to Trang town can be arranged with your travel agency or the resort at 150baht/pax. The staff was very friendly and helpfull in organizing excursions in the beautiful environment and national park. The food in the restaurant was very good. Some negative aspects: Inform clients that the beach in front of the hotel is not for swimming (we knew before, but this can be disappointing for others), and the rooms (bungalows) should be better maintained. The views from the beach are spectacular, and the area is great, but the beach was very shallow and no water at high tide - it was a long walk or motorbike ride to get to a beach where you could swim. Easy access to some beautiful islands though. My time here was a highlight of the trip - if you want a truly laid back atmosphere, this is the place." |
